In a decisive move to advance sustainable urban transportation, TVS Motor Company has entered into a strategic partnership with Kadam Mobility, a leading EV-first fleet and infrastructure platform. The collaboration, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), will see the deployment of 500 TVS King EV MAX electric three-wheelers across major metros and Tier 1 cities during fiscal year 2025–26.
The partnership signals a shared commitment to decarbonizing intra-city mobility while promoting equitable growth through dignified livelihood opportunities. Kadam Mobility will begin phased rollouts of the vehicles starting Q2 FY25–26, focusing first on pilot zones before expanding coverage and fleet size.
At the heart of this initiative is the TVS King EV MAX—a technologically advanced electric three-wheeler recognized for its class-leading 179 km range, fast-charging support, Bluetooth-enabled SmartXonnect system, and spacious ergonomic design. These features align seamlessly with Kadam Mobility’s mission to provide reliable, accessible, and clean mobility solutions in India’s rapidly urbanizing landscape.
Importantly, the project also emphasizes social inclusion. Kadam Mobility plans to actively recruit drivers from underrepresented groups, including women, ensuring the platform contributes to inclusive economic participation while advancing India’s clean transport agenda.
The electric vehicles will be fully integrated into Kadam Mobility’s ecosystem, which combines vehicle deployment with dedicated charging networks and driver upskilling programs. This ecosystem approach ensures operational efficiency, extended vehicle uptime, and a scalable blueprint for EV adoption across Indian cities.
With this alliance, TVS Motor Company further cements its role as a key enabler in India’s electric mobility transition, while Kadam Mobility strengthens its position as a future-focused mobility platform driving both environmental and societal impact.
