LX Pantos, a leading global logistics provider offering end-to-end supply chain solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Bang as Chief Executive Officer, Americas. With nearly three decades of international logistics leadership, David will oversee operations across North and South America, guiding a team of approximately 2,000 employees.
David Bang brings a distinguished career in logistics, freight forwarding, contract logistics, e-commerce logistics, and intermodal transport. Before joining LX Pantos, he served as Global Chief Commercial Officer at JAS Worldwide, where he led the company’s transformation into a globally recognized logistics partner across industries such as automotive, aerospace & defense, pharma & healthcare, energy, and technology.
David is also widely respected in the life sciences sector, following a 20+ year career at DHL, where he co-founded and served as CEO of a joint venture between DHL and Lufthansa Cargo, pioneering temperature-controlled logistics for biopharma products.
A strategic thinker with deep digital and financial expertise, David also serves on the boards of several technology firms, advising founders, executives, and investors.
