Global travel tech company OYO has entered a strategic partnership with IBS Software to fast-track its digital transformation across international markets. This collaboration spans OYO’s extensive brand portfolio, including Sunday, Belvilla, DanCenter, Traum, Check My Guest, Motel 6, and Studio 6.
The partnership aims to deliver an integrated travel experience by exploring bundled packages that combine hotel stays with airline bookings, ground transportation, and curated activities. Additionally, both companies plan to extend their reach into the resorts segment, leveraging IBS Software’s proprietary technology.
A key initiative includes unifying membership programs across OYO’s hotels and homes, enabling seamless benefits for guests and property owners in top tourism markets such as Europe, the UK, Southeast Asia, India, the US, and Mexico.
At the core of this transformation is IBS Software’s iStay platform, a centralized reservation system (CRS) designed to enhance operational efficiency, improve guest satisfaction, and maximize revenue performance. The iStay CRS offers real-time management of content, pricing, and availability across all distribution channels. It also includes tools for property configuration, group bookings, and corporate sales—supporting both direct and assisted sales strategies.
