James Avery Artisan Jewelry, a family-owned brand renowned for its handcrafted designs, has officially entered the Arizona market with two new store openings at Arrowhead Towne Center in Glendale and Chandler Fashion Center in Chandler. This milestone marks the company’s expansion into its sixth state, bringing its total store count to 135 nationwide.
Since 1954, James Avery has been a trusted name for commemorating life’s most meaningful moments. Best known for its iconic charm collections, the brand offers over 600 unique designs in sterling silver, 14K gold, and mixed metals. With 90% of its pieces crafted in Texas, the company continues to honor its legacy of quality and craftsmanship.
“Opening dedicated James Avery stores in Arizona is an exciting milestone,” said Karina Dolgin, chief product and revenue officer. “We’re deepening that connection by bringing Arizona customers the full in-store experience James Avery is known for — personal service, craftsmanship, and meaningful design.”
The Arizona store openings align with the brand’s annual Charm Event, running from July 7 to August 4. Customers who purchase two charms during this period will receive a complimentary charm holder (valued up to $79), encouraging both new and returning customers to build a charm collection that reflects their personal stories.
Both stores will host grand opening celebrations on Saturday, July 12. The first 100 guests at each location will receive a special gift with purchase, and gift card giveaways will add to the festivities.
Excitement is already buzzing across social media. Influencers such as Ana Valdez (@anachromatic), Karen Genis (@callherkarenbby), Destiny Alfonso (@justdestinymag), Olivia Haynes (@ontrendwitholivia), Brooke Scheurn (@brookescheurn), and Kristen and Bryan Mortensen (@upperwestsidephx) previewed the Glendale store, sharing their experiences and starting their own charm collections.
“We’re excited to welcome Arizonans into our store during the Charm Event to find designs that reflect the memories and values they hold dear,” said Taylor Jekel, store manager at Arrowhead Towne Center. “When I learned that James Avery was opening a store, I was immediately drawn to the brand values and focus on quality.”
Chandler Store Manager Traci Suchocki added, “As a lifelong member of this community, I look forward to introducing the brand to new customers looking for thoughtful gifts, seasonal looks and classic pieces that will last generations.”
