For the sixth consecutive year, Burn Boot Camp has secured a place on the prestigious 2025 Inc. 5000 List, ranking among America’s fastest-growing private companies. The honor follows a year of strong expansion fueled by new franchise agreements, innovative program launches, and a rapidly growing nationwide membership base.

The annual Inc. 5000 ranking highlights the most successful independent businesses shaping the U.S. economy. Despite economic uncertainty, inflation, and labor market challenges, this year’s honorees demonstrated remarkable growth and resilience.

“Being recognized on the Inc. 5000 list for the sixth consecutive year is a testament to the hard work, resilience, and passion of our franchise partners, team members, and the incredible Burn community,” said Morgan Kline, CEO and co-founder of Burn Boot Camp. “This milestone reflects not just our growth as a brand, but the real impact we’re making in people’s lives every day—helping women and their families build strength, confidence, and connection. As we continue to expand and innovate, our focus remains on empowering our franchise partners and members alike, creating a fitness movement that inspires people to show up, push themselves, and achieve what they once thought was impossible.”

Burn Boot Camp’s momentum in 2025 reflects the brand’s strategic focus on innovation and growth. With 21 new franchise units sold year-to-date, 15 grand openings, and the awarding of its 600th location in Logan, UT, the brand is on a strong trajectory. Burn Boot Camp was also recently honored by the International Franchise Association for the Most Innovative Use of Technology, in collaboration with Ironside.

“Making the Inc. 5000 is always a remarkable achievement, but earning a spot this year speaks volumes about a company’s tenacity and clarity of vision,” says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “These businesses have thrived amid rising costs, shifting global dynamics, and constant change. They didn’t just weather the storm—they grew through it, and their stories are a powerful reminder that the entrepreneurial spirit is the engine of the U.S. economy.”

According to the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Item 19, which reports 2024 unit performance, Burn Boot Camp delivers impressive results for its franchise partners—80% of whom are women. With an average annual revenue of approximately $700K per location, top-performing gyms generating as much as $1.6M, and a systemwide average EBITDA of $114K (per Item 19 | 2025 FDD), Burn offers a proven model for success. Prime territories are available nationwide, and we’re seeking driven single- and multi-unit operators ready to join a high-growth brand that empowers confident women, strengthens families, and builds deeply connected communities.
