Ahlstrom, a global leader in fiber-based specialty materials, has successfully completed the acquisition of the Stevens Point facility in Wisconsin, USA, a renowned provider of high-end solutions for food, consumer packaging, and e-commerce applications. The transaction, initially announced on April 3, 2025, represents a significant milestone in Ahlstrom’s ongoing growth transformation strategy.
The Stevens Point site enhances Ahlstrom’s portfolio with advanced finishing and coating technologies, premium product capabilities, and long-standing customer relationships. The facility’s team of 260 skilled professionals brings valuable expertise, further strengthening Ahlstrom’s ability to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions across North America and globally.
