At its “INFINITE POWER – STARTING FROM ZERO” Global Launch Event, Autel Energy Europe introduced its most advanced EV charging platform to date. Designed to meet the rising demand for ultra-fast, reliable, and scalable charging infrastructure across Europe and beyond, the platform is powered by in-house engineered liquid-cooled modules and integrates seamlessly with cabinet systems, high-performance terminals, and upgraded all-in-one chargers.

MaxiModule LCM60/120: High-Performance Liquid-Cooled Modules Developed In-House
At the heart of the platform are Autel’s proprietary MaxiModule LCM60/120 liquid-cooled modules, available in 60 kW and 120 kW options. Engineered for high conversion efficiency and long-term stability under continuous high-power usage, these modules ensure consistent performance. For operators, they deliver reduced total cost of ownership, improved uptime, and future-ready scalability.

MaxiCharger DS600L: Scalable Cabinet Systems with Redundant Architecture
The new modules integrate into the MaxiCharger DS600L cabinet system, capable of scaling up to 3 MW per cluster. Built with redundant architecture to minimize downtime, the system offers CCS and MCS compatibility, fleet and depot applications, and integration with BESS and PV through Autel’s energy management system (EMS). Paired with a range of dispensers and terminal units, including the MaxiCharger DT1500 terminal with outputs up to 1,500 A and 1.44 MW, the DS600L is engineered to meet both passenger and heavy-duty charging requirements.

All-in-One Charger Upgrade to MaxiCharger DH600
Autel has also upgraded its all-in-one product line with the MaxiCharger DH600. Maintaining the compact design of its predecessor, the DH480, the new unit delivers continuous 600 kW high-power output with liquid-cooled cables supporting up to 650 A. Enhanced thermal performance, efficiency, and adaptability make it a versatile solution for high-demand charging scenarios.

MaxiCare Service and AI Integration
Alongside hardware advancements, Autel introduced MaxiCare services and AI-driven features for predictive maintenance, real-time network optimization, and improved user experience. These innovations aim to enhance uptime, streamline operations, and lay the groundwork for future applications of AI in charging and inspection.
