Through this new collaboration, ClassPass users can now book workouts at over 60 30 Minute Hit locations across the United States and Canada.
Specializing in high-energy circuit training tailored for women, 30 Minute Hit delivers an intense, full-body workout in just half an hour. Each session includes 13 different stations that target various muscle groups and fitness techniques, structured around two-minute drills with brief recovery periods. With flexible, drop-in scheduling and personalized coaching available, it’s never been more convenient for women to get in shape, build confidence, reduce stress, and enjoy the process.
